General Terms and Conditions of Membership in the Direct Club Business Club

I. General Provisions

1.    These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of members of the Direct Club business club (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”), which operates on the principle of recommending products and services among its members.

2.    Membership in the Club is voluntary and conditional upon agreement with these Terms.

II. Membership in the Club

1.    Any natural or legal person who properly registers through the official form may become a member of the Club.

3.    The member agrees to pay a regular membership fee of €1.99 per month in the form of a “Direct Club Basic” subscription.

4.    Membership may be terminated at any time by either the member or the Club without stating a reason.

1.    Any member who chooses to offer products or services to other members is obliged to provide accurate information and comply with relevant legal regulations.

2.    Prices, delivery terms, complaint procedures, and warranties are determined by the provider and must be clearly communicated.

3.    The Club is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of these products and services.

IV. Bonuses and Rewards

1.    A member is entitled to receive a bonus or reward for purchases made by members they have referred.

2.    The bonus and reward system is managed by the Club and may change over time according to the current rules.

3.    Reward payouts are subject to tax and accounting regulations applicable in the member’s country.

V. Rights and Obligations of Members

1.    Members must act in accordance with the Club’s Terms and not damage its reputation.

2.    Members are fully responsible for their activities within the Club.

3.    Members may not abuse the bonus system, shared information, or the Club’s member database.

VI. Code of Ethics

1.    Members must always act honestly, truthfully, and respectfully towards other members and third parties.

2.    Any misleading, aggressive, or unethical behavior within the Club is prohibited.

VII. Promotion Rules

VII. Complaint Policy

2.    Complaints are handled between the provider and the customer according to the conditions set by the provider and in compliance with applicable laws.

3.    The Club is not responsible for handling complaints but may facilitate communication if necessary to maintain the system’s credibility.

1.    The Club platform is intended solely for members to present, recommend, and purchase products and services within a community-based system.

2.    It is prohibited to use the platform for spamming, spreading false information, or any activities that could harm the Club or its members.

3.    The Club reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

X. Final Provisions

1.    The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of any changes.

2.    Membership in the Club implies agreement with the current version of the Terms.
